This Week's Menu

Breakfast: (probiotics in yogurt or milk)

  • boiled eggs and a smoothie (red)
  • homemade sausage with granola and banana yogurt
  • scrambled eggs with a fruit muffin (blue)
Lunch: dinner leftovers

Snacks:
  • roasted chickpeas
  • tuna salad and carrots
  • tropical cottage cheese with almonds
  • green treats and strawberries
Dinners:
  • Chicken and wild rice casserole with steamed broccoli
  • meatloaf with veggie mac n cheese and green beans
  • sun dried tomato burgers on salad greens with homemade ranch and squash fries
  • baked chicken with zucchini and sweet potato latkes and peas
  • avocado chicken "pizza" with creamy salsa and steamed carrots
  • baked spaghetti with chard from the garden
  • nut crusted fish with roasted beets and potatoes from our garden
Evening Treats:
  • fruit frozen yogurt (berries)
  • almond cookies
  • fresh fruit (orange and green)
