- green treats with swiss chard from our garden (G)
- nut butter or cheddar on apples and pears
- zucchini and sweet potato latkes (G)
- church night - spinach and meatball pizza (G)
- Salmon cakes with lemon caper sauce and steamed broccoli
- saucy beans and cauliflower "rice" with fried okra
- oregano chicken with steamed cabbage and fried sweet potatoes
- spicy walnut lettuce wraps with creamy salsa dip and a side of mixed veggies (G for B)
- pecan crusted chicken with roasted baby beets and green beans from our garden
- watermelon aqua fresca
- key lime pudding
- Roasted cinnamon honey chickpeas
- Kiwi strawberry banana “salad”
- Fruit smoothie
- homemade yogurt to save $$ since the price of organic just went up again!
