This Week's Menu

Breakfast:

Lunch:
  • dinner leftovers
Snacks:
  • probiotic pumpkin pudding
  • green treats (G)
  • cheese and blueberries
  • nut butter on red apples and pears
Dinner:
  • Monday night church - avocado chicken "pizza" with creamy salsa dip(G) and carrot sticks
  • baked honey chicken with sweet potatoes and green beans from our garden :)
  • crumb topped tilapia with creamy cheddar spinach and carrots
  • steak fajita "salad" with corn salsa and yogurt dressing
  • chicken meatballs with zucchini sauce and broccoli
  • crustless spinach quiche with tomato sauce and fried potatoes
