Lunch: dinner leftovers

Dinners:
- tangerine maple chicken with squashed potatoes and green beans
- picnic at the pool - chicken paninis, peas and carrots, and ice cream
- crustless spinach quiche with tomato sauce and fried potatoes
- black bean spinach pizza with sprouted flour crust
- marinara meatballs with sauteed zucchini
- baked fish with steamed broccoli and lemon butter sauce
After Dinner Treats
- almond cookies
- berry mousse
- fresh fruit
- no bake kitchen sink cookies
- sprouted flour crackers (no dehydrator needed!)
- pasta with carrot peels (EC 192)
- cheese colcannon (for our next meatloaf EC 208)
- vegetable casserole (EC 211)
