This Week's Menu

Breakfast: (probiotics and allergy drops)

  • G - sprouted grain cereal with almonds and fruit
  • breakfast casserole
  • cottage cheese, pineapple, and nuts
  • quick eggs with strawberry and carrot yogurt

Snacks:

  • G - sprouted flour crackers and sun dried tomato hummus
  • G - protein wrap with peaches and almond butter
  • RAW ginger snap super cookies
  • green smoothie (that tastes nothing like spinach)

Dinners:

After Dinner Treats

  • G - berry cobbler (with all our farm picked berries)
  • Strawberry ice cream (SC 134)
  • island smoothie (good for allergies)
  • fresh fruit
