This Week's Menu

Breakfast:

  • Carrot pineapple muffins with raw milk*
  • Veggie eggs with fresh orange juice
  • Homemade fruit yogurt and granola
  • Weekend: French toast with homemade bread and fruit

Snacks:

  • protein wrap with peaches and almond butter
  • egg salad lettuce wrap
  • cranberry nut bars
  • veggies and homemade dip

Dinners:

  • Church night - salsa chicken, cheese sticks and veggies
  • Chicken and wild rice casserole with broccoli
  • Mexican chicken salad
  • Cauliflower rice and beans with okra
  • Spaghetti squash bake with beef
  • Salmon bites with avocado dip and carrots
  • Crustless spinach and tomato quiche with vitamin C fruit salad
