  • breakfast quesadillas with mango and kiwi
  • sweet potato latkes and apple sauce
  • veggie frittata and fresh fruit
  • fruit and nut "cereal"

  • picnic at the pool - sloppy lentils with peas and corn side dish

  • herbed steak with cauliflower potatoes and green beans

  • nut crusted salmon with avocado dip and veggie sticks (zucchini and carrots)

  • Banana chicken (EC 221) with green beans from our garden
  • beef chili with cauliflower rice topped with cheese and cream
  • sneaky chicken parmesan with potatoes from our garden and broccoli
