- Wednesday - oven crispy fish with mashed carrots and peas
- Thursday -cabbage rolls and corn
- Friday -baked coconut chicken with raw honey sauce and Asian stir fry veggies
- Saturday - NY Eve Festivities
- Sunday -NY Day - cheesy enchilada bake with mixed veggies
