This Week’s Menu
Breakfast:
- Sprouted cinnamon toast with an Amasi smoothie
- Boiled egg with Amasi parfait
- Beyond Organic hot dogs fried with veggies (potatoes, sundried tomatoes, and ??)
- Scrambled eggs with soaked blueberry muffins
- Soaked cranberry oatmeal with pecans
Lunch: leftovers unless we have company then make dinner option
Snack:
- Steamed veggies with Amasi ranch dip
- Honey almond butter on apples
- Dried fruit and nuts
- Soaked bread sticks with avocado honey dip
Dinner:
- Southwestern omelet with black beans, corn, and salsa
- Meatloaf with squashed potatoes and green beans
- Grilled pineapple chicken with broccoli
- Chicken with sun dried tomato and spinach served on cauliflower “rice”
- Nut crusted fish sticks with mashed carrots and peas
- Chili with added veggies and corn chips
- City Church Christmas Party – roasted grassfed organic farm beef
Treat:
- soaked pear crisp
- yogurt banana splits
- fudge balls and warm berries
