- Wednesday - Community Group, for Blake salmon cakes with carrots and broccoli
- Thursday - Beyond Organic dinner party plus veggies, freezer meal for friend
- Friday - moroccan stew
- Saturday - southwestern chicken nachoes with added veggies x 2, meal for friend
- carob fudge or fudge balls
- berry crisp or tart
- avocado pudding
