Breakfast:
  • Sunday - Christmas Day open house
  • Monday - shopping day - leftover muffins, fruit, and Amasai
  • Grain free blueberry banana bars
  • leftover beef brisket biscuits and sneaky scrambled eggs
  • pumpkin french toast with warm maple nut syrup, Amasai and apple sausage
  • fruit and Amasai parfait with boiled eggs

Snacks/Lunch:

Dinner:

  • Sunday - Christmas Day - slow cooked honey mustard chicken with rice and green beans
  • Monday - NY Shopping Day -beef brisket with sauteed asparagus (back up for Blake) and sun dried tomato potatoes
  • Tuesday - NY Shopping Day and Mom in Town -Salisbury steak with squashed potatoes and steamed cabbage (back up for Blake)
  • Wednesday - oven crispy fish with mashed carrots and peas
  • Thursday -cabbage rolls and corn
  • Friday -baked coconut chicken with raw honey sauce and Asian stir fry veggies
  • Saturday - NY Eve Festivities
Grain free pigs in a blanket (Beyond Organic of course) with mustard sauce, chicken on a stick, sweet and sassy meatballs, creamy, probiotic rich ranch dressing with veggie sticks, green treats with tomato sauce, soaked bread sticks with avocado honey dip, fresh made sparklie juice, persimmon cookies, winter fruit salad drizzled with Amasai
  • Sunday -NY Day - cheesy enchilada bake with mixed veggies

Ideas for Next week = four bean chili mac, winter veggie melt, fruit spread and fruit leathers using juice pulp, chicken and wild rice casserole with broccoli, butternut squash soup, Hidden veggie waffles, Mango Amasai, cranberry almond quinoa, chicken broccoli and rice soup with carrots and celery

  • Monday – oregano chicken with cauliflower rice and peas
  • Tuesday – white chicken chili with added veggies (split for meal delivery)
  • Wednesday – community group – leftover meatloaf, spinach and mushroom pizza
  • Thursday – Texas oven roasted brisket with pan fried veggies
  • Friday – steak and gravy with butternut squash and peas
  • Saturday – Christmas Eve – spaghetti with meat and sneaky sauce

Treats:

  • Gingerbread angels
  • Soaked Fruit crisp with frozen milk and honey Amasai (yes, we LOVE this stuff!)
  • Avocado banana pudding

  • Sunday before church - sweet and sassy meatballs over cauliflower rice with peas
  • Monday - roast chicken with cranberry quinoa and green beans
  • Tuesday - Turnip Truck before Opryland, prep Wed lunch
  • Wednesday - Community Group, for Blake salmon cakes with carrots and broccoli
  • Thursday - Beyond Organic dinner party plus veggies, freezer meal for friend
  • Friday - moroccan stew
  • Saturday - southwestern chicken nachoes with added veggies x 2, meal for friend
Treats:
  • carob fudge or fudge balls
  • berry crisp or tart

  • Boiled egg with Amasi parfait
  • Beyond Organic hot dogs fried with veggies (potatoes, sundried tomatoes, and ??)
  • Scrambled eggs with soaked blueberry muffins
  • Soaked cranberry oatmeal with pecans

Lunch: leftovers unless we have company then make dinner option

Snack:

  • Steamed veggies with Amasi ranch dip
  • Honey almond butter on apples
  • Dried fruit and nuts
  • Soaked bread sticks with avocado honey dip

Dinner:

  • Southwestern omelet with black beans, corn, and salsa
  • Meatloaf with squashed potatoes and green beans
  • Grilled pineapple chicken with broccoli
  • Chicken with sun dried tomato and spinach served on cauliflower “rice”
  • Nut crusted fish sticks with mashed carrots and peas
  • Chili with added veggies and corn chips
  • City Church Christmas Party – roasted grassfed organic farm beef
