Breakfast:
- Southwestern omelet with black beans and salsa
- Soaked steel cut oats with fruit
- Boiled eggs with sprouted toast and fresh mango surprise juice
- Soaked muffins with homemade apple sausage
Lunch: leftovers unless we have lunch guests
Snacks:
- Veggie latkes
- Dried fruit and nuts
- Avocado honey dip with sprouted bread sticks
- Fried plantains and cranberries/grapes
Dinners:
- Chicken broccoli and rice soup with celery and carrots
- Riceless Cabbage rolls with corn
- Cranberry chicken with cauliflower “rice” and green beans
- Roast with peas and stir fry potatoes
- Beans and chard sauté with corn chips
- Nut crusted fish with mashed carrots and peas
- Meatloaf with winter squash and green beans
Treats:
- Avocado banana pudding topped with chopped nuts
- Snowballs
- Blackberry tart
