This Week’s Menu

Breakfast:

  • Southwestern omelet with black beans and salsa
  • Soaked steel cut oats with fruit
  • Boiled eggs with sprouted toast and fresh mango surprise juice
  • Soaked muffins with homemade apple sausage

Lunch: leftovers unless we have lunch guests

Snacks:

  • Veggie latkes
  • Dried fruit and nuts
  • Avocado honey dip with sprouted bread sticks
  • Fried plantains and cranberries/grapes

Dinners:

  • Chicken broccoli and rice soup with celery and carrots
  • Riceless Cabbage rolls with corn
  • Cranberry chicken with cauliflower “rice” and green beans
  • Roast with peas and stir fry potatoes
  • Beans and chard sauté with corn chips
  • Nut crusted fish with mashed carrots and peas
  • Meatloaf with winter squash and green beans

Treats:

  • Avocado banana pudding topped with chopped nuts
  • Snowballs
  • Blackberry tart

This Week's Menu

Breakfast:

  • soaked pumpkin pancakes and homemade apple sausage**
  • southwestern omelet with beans and salsa
  • soaked cranberry orange scones with warm almond milk**
  • hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and fresh sweet sensation juice
Lunch: Dinner leftovers; except when we have company for lunch then take advantage of the opportunity to cook dinner for lunch and eat the leftovers for dinner

Snacks:

  • pumpkin muffins with warmed almond milk**
  • veggie latkes
  • bean dip and corn cakes
  • homemade trail mix
Dinners:
  • Slow Cook Sunday- lentil soup with beef and added veggies
  • Monday potluck - walnut tacos with salsa and mixed veggies
  • nut crusted fish with sweet potatoes and corn on the cob
  • chicken fried steak with stir fry potatoes and peas**
  • roasted chicken with sun dried tomato rice and broccoli
  • Thanksgiving - turkey legs, cornbread dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans**
  • spaghetti with spinach meat sauce**
Desserts:
  • avocado banana pudding
  • pumpkin pie**
  • flaxseed apricot chews

  • crustless quiche with tomato sauce
  • hidden veggie waffles (soaked recipe from Kitchen Stewardship) with fresh juice
  • fried eggs oregano with oranges and kiwi
  • soaked maple oat scones (KS) with warmed almond milk
Lunch: Dinner leftovers; except when we have company for lunch then take advantage of the opportunity to cook dinner for lunch and eat the leftovers for dinner

Snacks

  • juice pulp crackers with cheese :)
  • pumpkin muffins with warmed almond milk
  • veggie latkes
  • avocado boats with hummus and sun dried tomatoes

  • Wednesday Out - homemade beef and veggie pizza with cheese - yes!
  • Easy Friday- black bean mexican salad with lettuce and dressing
  • Saturday Roast - oregano and mushroom chicken with corn
  • Slow Cook Sunday- lentil soup with beef and added veggies
  • savory chicken and veggies with soaked dumplings (KS)
  • cashew chicken lettuce wraps with Asian stir fried vegetables
  • nut crusted fish with sweet potatoes and green beans
Desserts:
  • chocolate mousse with bananas and strawberries
  • cinnamon raisin spelt drops
  • flaxseed apricot chews

  • Fruit breakfast quesadilla
  • Green treats with tomato sauce
  • Homemade trail mix

  • Easy Friday- ???
  • Saturday Roast - chicken with fried squash sticks and green peas
  • Slow Cook Sunday- White chicken chili with green beans
  • Wednesday Out - Salmon cakes with lemon caper sauce and steamed broccoli
  • salisbury steak with tomato gravy and sauteed cauliflower
  • Quinoa spaghetti with beef and spinach sauce
  • Sloppy lentils on sprouted buns with kale chips
  • Fried chicken strips with steamed cabbage and mashed carrots
After Dinner Treats:

  • Gingersnaps and milk from Wee
  • Fresh fruit – warmed and topped with crushed nuts
