Welcome Back Dairy and Gluten, We've Missed You
The dairy free/gluten free diet had no effect on Blake so we are welcoming them back this week, well almost . . . Grains will be sprouted and rationed to once per day and dairy will be restricted to raw sheep, raw goat, or Beyond Organic cow dairy. But I'll take it! Beyond Organic products arrive next week and soaked grains aren't that difficult once you get in the habit of it.
Breakfast:
- pumpkin french toast with warm syrup and walnuts (DD 49)
- green eggs (DD 62) and toasted oranges
- warmed Good Morning granola cereal with cranberries and fresh almond milk
- boiled eggs and fried plantains
Snacks:
- zucchini chips and salsa
- nut butter on apples
- green treats with chard from our garden
- Warm berry crumble (made from last week's granola bars)

Dinners:
- southwestern crock pot chicken burritos with shredded carrots added and topped with lettuce from our garden (yay for Fall gardening)
- Raw walnut tacos with salsa and mixed veggies
- Sweet and sassy meatballs over cauliflower "rice" and a side of peas
- Friday Roast - Orange herbed chicken with sweet potatoes and green beans
- Souper Sunday – beef and cabbage stew with savory zucchini muffins
- Italian style fish with zucchini cakes, shredded carrots, and marina sauce
- Community group night –
After Dinner Treats
- no bake fudge balls
- Almond pulp cookies
- Toasted fruit
