Breakfast:
- creamsicle Amasai with coconut toast*
- eggs with apple and banana "pancakes"*

- soaked flour crackers and a broccoli/carrot spread*
- pumpkin puree
Dinner:
- Monday - quinoa chicken spaghetti with broccoli*
- Tuesday -Salisbury steak with cabbage (backup greens for Blake) and mashed carrots*
- Wednesday - Mexican chicken salad with butternut squash soup*
- Thursday - tomato beef stew with mixed veggies
- Friday - chicken on a stick with zucchini mint (from my new plant :) raita, asparagus (back up for B) and corn
- Saturday - salmon cakes with peas and squash fries
- Sunday - church/crockpot night - chicken broccoli and rice soup with carrots and celery
- carob nut slice
- berry crisp
- fresh juice smoothie
